A Storytelling Walk by Baraka Destinations

Amman City Tour is a four-hour immersive storytelling experience that explores the modern story of Amman and the many people who shaped it, tracing how a quiet valley became a vibrant city of millions.

Built through deep research and conversations with historians, long-standing merchants, anthropologists, former prime ministers, architects, women pioneers, artists, and members of diverse ethnic communities, the tour brings the city to life through personal, human stories, revealing how migrations, everyday lives, and major regional and global events shaped Amman as it is today.

As you walk through Jabal Amman and Downtown, you experience the city as it is lived now: meeting local partners, discovering hidden gems, tasting traditional food, and stopping at carefully selected places where each pause reveals a new layer of the city’s story.

The tour lasts approximately four hours and is designed for small groups of 1–15 participants. It is suitable for ages 16 and above and accessible to individuals with all fitness levels.
