Reservation & Payment
Payment Terms
- A 30% deposit of the total tour price is required at the time of booking.
- Once we receive your deposit, we will send you the final booking confirmation.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 10 days before your arrival via bank transfer.
- Payments can be made by bank transfer to our IBAN in EUR or USD. Please ensure that all bank transfer fees are covered by the sender.
- As an exception, and for our clients' convenience, the remaining balance may be paid upon arrival in Jordan either:
- In cash, or
- By credit card (subject to a 3% credit card processing fee).
- For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), full payment is required at the time of booking.
- The agency reserves the right to suspend or cancel confirmed services if the above payment terms are not respected.
Cancellation Policy
A reservation is considered confirmed once we receive the required 30% deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 10 days before the scheduled arrival date.
If you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply:

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy above.
Flights
- International flight tickets are not included in our tour prices.
- Upon request, we would be happy to assist you in arranging your flight reservations.
Travel Insurance & Responsibilities
- The agency declines all responsibility for any disruption to confirmed services resulting from failure to comply with the payment terms stated above.
- We are a licensed and authorized travel agency and a proud member of:
- Jordan Society of Tourism and Travel Agents (JSTA)
- Jordan Tourism Board (JTB)
- We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, illness, accidents, trip cancellation, baggage loss, and any other unforeseen circumstances during their stay.
